With the DP250 pressure test installation, it is possible to quickly, accurately, and effectively perform digitally registered static pile load tests from a single position. This setup is ideal for providing clients with quick insights into the load capacity of larger pile diameters. With a maximum vertical and tensile load capacity of 250 kN and a robust weight of 155 kg, larger FIRST BASE pile diameters such as V89, V114, and V140 can be assessed for load capacity efficiently. The system is highly suitable for various soil conditions, including sandy clay layers and sandy soils. Utilizing our own developed PLC-A1 and associated software, results can be read directly in comprehensive reports.
