We are setting up our UK base and are looking for a commercially driven professional who will operate both from the office and within the adjoining warehouse. You will work on site with one colleague and together you will run the full operation: lead follow-up, order processing, service handling and fulfilment. A practical role suited to someone who takes ownership, works accurately and is comfortable combining customer contact with hands-on execution.

What’s expected?

You handle both the commercial flow (customer communication, quotations, order intake) and the operational follow-through (documents, picking, dispatch coordination). Approximately 75% of your time will consist of customer service and inside sales, and 25% of fulfilment and shipment preparation. As volumes increase, a dedicated warehouse function will be introduced (expected within 6–12 months), after which your focus shifts further towards the commercial side.

Key tasks

  • Follow-up on incoming leads, quotation requests and customer enquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, order confirmations and service responses.
  • Process orders and create pick lists, packing slips and dispatch documentation.
  • Pick and prepare outbound shipments when required.
  • Issue invoices and maintain accurate order and stock administration.
  • Manage packaging levels and coordinate replenishments.
  • Contribute to a structured and professional warehouse layout and order flow.
  • Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams on delivery status and planning
