Do you have experience in sales in the solar sector and want to be part of a rapidly growing company? With demand for ground-mounted PV systems in the UK on the rise, FIRST BASE Ground Screws is looking for an Business Developer for our sub brand FIRST BASE Solar Systems to develop our customer base and provide solar professionals with fast, solid foundation solutions.
What’s expected?
As our Business Developer, you’ll build strong relationships with EPCs, project developers, and solar installers. You’ll position our ground screw foundations and mounting structures as the smart alternative to driven piles, especially on uneven ground, slopes, and embankments where traditional piling is difficult. Your focus will be on opening doors, building trust, and connecting customers with our technical experts when needed. Alongside this, you’ll identify new opportunities across utility and commercial & industrial (C&I) projects, while representing FIRST BASE Solar Systems at major UK solar events.
Key tasks
- Build and expand relationships with EPCs, installers, and developers.
- Promote ground screw foundations and mounting systems for PV projects.
- Identify and close new business opportunities.
- Represent FIRST BASE Solar Systems at UK solar trade fairs and events.
