We delivered 200 ground screws in Petten for 50 seasonal beach houses at Landal Zeezigt<\/a>. Built directly on the sand, against the dunes; a setting where foundation performance really matters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together with our installation partner <\/a>Van Aken Schroeffunderingen<\/a>, the full foundation was completed within a short timeframe. By using \u00d8140 mm extendable screws with varying lengths between 3.5 and 6 meters, we achieved maximum stability in the local soil conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As these beach houses operate seasonally (April\u2013October), the foundation is fully circular. Once the houses are removed, the screws are simply unscrewed and ready for reuse on the next project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
