FIRST BASE Ground Screws franchit une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans la professionnalisation de son organisation. Dirk den Haan a r\u00e9cemment rejoint l’entreprise en tant que directeur des op\u00e9rations. <\/p>\n\n

Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, FIRST BASE a connu une forte croissance. Face \u00e0 l’augmentation du nombre de projets et de clients, le besoin de structure et d’\u00e9volutivit\u00e9 au sein de l’organisation s’est accru en cons\u00e9quence. La nomination d’un responsable des op\u00e9rations vient directement soutenir cette \u00e9volution. <\/p>\n\n

Dans le cadre de ses nouvelles fonctions, Dirk sera charg\u00e9 de la gestion quotidienne de l’organisation. Il s’attachera notamment \u00e0 optimiser les processus et \u00e0 jeter des bases solides pour la poursuite de la croissance. <\/p>\n\n
