FIRST BASE Ground Screws macht einen weiteren Schritt in der Professionalisierung seiner Organisation. Dirk den Haan ist k\u00fcrzlich als Operations Manager eingestiegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In den vergangenen Jahren ist FIRST BASE stark gewachsen. Mit der steigenden Anzahl an Projekten und Kunden w\u00e4chst auch der Bedarf an klaren Strukturen und skalierbaren Prozessen innerhalb der Organisation. Mit der Einf\u00fchrung dieser Position wird dieser Entwicklung gezielt Rechnung getragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In seiner neuen Rolle ist Dirk f\u00fcr die operative Steuerung des Tagesgesch\u00e4fts verantwortlich. Sein Fokus liegt auf der Optimierung von Prozessen und dem Aufbau einer soliden Grundlage f\u00fcr weiteres Wachstum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
