200 Ground screws. Installed fast. Right on the beach.

We recently delivered 200 ground screws in Petten for 50 seasonal beach houses at Landal Zeezigt. Built directly on the sand, against the dunes; a setting where foundation performance really matters. 

Together with our installation partner Van Aken Schroeffunderingen, the full foundation was completed within a short timeframe. By using Ø140 mm extendable screws with varying lengths between 3.5 and 6 meters, we achieved maximum stability in the local soil conditions. 

As these beach houses operate seasonally (April–October), the foundation is fully circular. Once the houses are removed, the screws are simply unscrewed and ready for reuse on the next project.
